Soolantra UsesSoolantra is a prescription drug. It is used to treat the bumps and pimples of rosacea. For every 1gram of Soolantra cream, there is 10mg of ivermectin. It is topically applied. What causes rosacea is unknown. However, certain triggers are known to cause this condition. This includes sun rays, spicy foods, alcohol, microscopic skin mites and exercise. It is also known as adult acne. It's commonly found in adults of 30 years and above. It begins as redness on cheeks, forehead, chin or nose and then disappears. At times, it may occur on the neck, chest, ears or even scalp. As time goes, the redness becomes ruddier and persistent, and the blood vessels will be visible. The following are the common symptoms of rosacea:
- Continual redness
- Noticeable blood vessels
- Eye irritation
- Burning or stinging
- Dry appearance
- Bumps and pimples
- Skin thickening
Soolantra DosageApply soolantra cream as prescribed by the doctor/physician – usually once every day. The prescription may be based on the following factors:
- Your medical history

- The situation being treated

- Make clean your hands with water before and after using soolantra.
- Wipe clean the affected area with a mild soap and allow it to dry.
