Sinecatechins Uses

While Sinecatechins is mainly used to treat warts outside the genitals, it can also be used to treat warts around and outside the anus. Sinecatechins cannot be used inside on the rectum, vagina, urethra and cervix. However, it is important to note that the uses of Sinecatechins do not include keeping you from the risks of the warts to other people through skin-to-skin contact or more specifically, through intercourse.

Sinecatechins Dosage

Sinecatechins dosage is dependent on the individual who will use it as well as the advice of the doctor. Sinecatechins in the form of an ointment and should be applied on the affected area three times daily until the warts are all cleared. However, application period should not exceed 16 weeks. Application instructions:

  • Apply a strand of Sinecatechins about 0.5 cm in size using your finger(s) onto the affected area. Dab it until the wart is completely covered and has a thin layer of the ointment.
  • Wash your hands before and after applying Sinecatechins on the warts.

Note that Sinecatechins is not for intravaginal, intra-anal, opththalmic and oral use. It should also be taken note that local skin reactions could occur at the site of treatment like erythema. However, the treatment should be continued if the severity of the skin reaction is tolerable.
