Usual pediatric dosage for Allergic rhinitis, cold symptoms and motion sickness:
- 2 to 6 years; 6.25 mg orally every 4 to 6 hours.
- 6 to 12 years; 12.5 to 25 mg orally every 4 to 6 hours.
- Greater than 12 years; 25 to 50 every 4 to 6 hours.
