- Chronic pancreatitis; 8000 to 36,000 lipase orally each meal.
Pediatric usual dosage for Cystic fibrosis and Pancreatic Exocrine dysfunction:
- Less than one year; 2000 to 4000 units per 120 mL of formula or breast milk.
- Greater than year; an initial dose of 1000 units/kg/meal.
- Greater or equal to 4 years; adult dosage.
