Poly-Histine is a drug used to treat symptoms of sneezing, runny nose and other upper respiratory symptoms of the common cold. The common cold is usually caused by a variety of viruses and is usually transmitted through direct contact of infected persons. This medication contains a combination of antihistamines and works to relieve symptoms of watery eyes. This medication inhibits the body's reaction against allergens that trigger symptoms that causes allergic reactions such as dust or pollen. Therefore, if the patient's condition worsens, they should contact their doctor.

Poly-Histine dosage is completely dependent on the individual who takes it as it can be used for a variety of different treatments. Note that the amount of;Poly-Histine depends on the amount of times you plan on taking each day.
- Adults: For patients taking suspension formula, take 5 to 10 mL orally every 12 hours. If taking tablet, take 1 to 2 tablets orally every 12 hours. For liquid dose, take 5 to 10 mL orally every 4 to 6 hours, not to exceed 60 mg of phenylephrine in 24 hours.;
