Usual Adult Dose

  • First wash your hands and tilt your head back.
  • Use your index finger to pull your lower eyelid away from the eye.
  • Press and drop a few drops into your eye and gently close your eyes.
  • Using your finger, apply pressure to the inside corner of your eyes for 1 to 2 minutes without blinking.
  • Use a clean cotton wool to clear excess medicine that maybe around your eyes without touching your eyes.
  • Close the bottle and wash your hands.

Note that, you should not touch the tip of the applicator to prevent germs from entering your medication as well as your eye(s):

If you miss a Pheniramine Maleate dose, take it as soon as you can. However, if it is about time for the second dose, skip the missed dose and go back to the normal schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
