Phen-50 dosage is dependent on the user since it is different on different users. The dosage is administered in the form of an injection. Adult Dose for Anaphylaxis
- 25 mg IV or IM once, followed by close observation for response
- 25 mg orally or rectally once. This dose may be repeated every 4 hours or as needed.
Pediatric Dose for Nausea/Vomiting
- 2 years and above: oral, rectal, IM or IV: 0.25 to 1 mg/kg/dose 4 to 6 times a day as needed.
