Peroderm works by lessening the amount of bacteria that causes acne when applied on the skin. Peroderm also causes the skin to dry and peel, thereby promoting healing of acne. Be sure to check the ingredients of Peroderm before using even if you have used it before. There is always a likelihood that the manufacturer may have changed the active ingredients.
Do not use Peroderm if you are allergic to any of its active formulations. Also, if you’re using Peroderm for the first time, apply it in one or two small areas for three days.
