  • 2 up to 5 years old: 50 to 100 mg should be taken orally after every four hours as required.
  • 6 up to 11 years old: 100 to 200 mg should be taken orally after every four hours as required.
  • 12 years and higher: 200 to 400 mg should be taken orally after every 4 hours as required.
