Fenatuss Uses

Fenatuss is a combination medication formulated to relieve symptoms of common cold, allergies, hay fever or sinus infection. It is an antihistamine, cough suppressant and decongestant drug. Fenatuss is formulated by combining three medicines that include carbetapentane, chlorpheniramine, and phenylephrine. 

Carbetapentane is the cough suppressant agent in this combination, and it works in the brain by triggering the cough reflex to reduce cough suppressant. Phenylephrine is the decongestant that works by shrinking the blood vessels to reduce the blood flow to treats the symptom of the stuffy nose. Chlorpheniramine is the antihistamine agent in this combination, and it blocks the effects of natural histamine in the body to relieve sneezing and other allergy symptoms. Fenatuss can also be used to treat other conditions and symptoms as the physician may prescribe.
