- oral syrup: 5 to 10 mL every 4 to 6 hours

- 2 to 5 years old: 1.25 to 2.5 mL every 4 to 6 hours
- 6 to 11 years old: 2.5 to 5 mL every 4 to 6 hours
- 12 years and older: 5 to 10 mL every 4 to 6 hours
- 6 to 11 years: 1/2 tablet orally every 4 to 6 hours
- 12 years and older: 1 tablet orally every 4 to 6 hours
