Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine which reduces the effects of natural histamines. This is main agent that deals with relieving allergies. Pseudoephedrine is the decongestant agent that works by constricting the blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce stuffy nose and nasal swelling.
