Biocel Uses

Biocel is combined of vitamins and selected minerals that are important for the body to function. This medication is mainly used to prevent and treat vitamin deficiency due to poor eating habits, certain problems that affect the body's ability to absorb nutrients from food as well as increased need for minerals and vitamins due to stress or illness. This medication contains high levels of vitamin C and vitamin B. It also contains other vitamins and minerals such as Zinc. However, this medication does not contain iron therefore, it does not treat anaemia or prevent osteoporosis. This medication may also be used for other purposes as determined by the doctor.

Biocel Dosage

Biocel dosage is dependent on the user and the patient's condition, weight, and age. The dosage also depends on the strength of the medicine and the time allocated between the doses. The dosage is administered orally in the form of tablets.

Oral Tablets:

  • Take one tablet by mouth with or without food, usually once daily
  • Take as directed by your doctor. In case stomach upset occurs, take this medication with food.
  • Take Biocel 2 to 3 hours before or after taking certain antibiotics such as tetracyclines, and quinolones.
  • The minerals in this medication may interfere with the antibiotic, preventing it from being absorbed.
