Bidnase containsChlorpheniramine, which is an antihistamine that is used to reduce the natural chemical histamine in the body that produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes and runny nose. It also contains Methscopolamine, which reduces the secretions of various organs in the body. However, this combination medicine may also be used for other conditions as determined by the doctor. Do not use this medicine in case you are allergic to any ingredient in it. Consult your doctor before using this medication.

Bidnase dosage is administered in the form of oral tablets or oral liquid. The dosage should be determined by the doctor. Do not guess the dosage or take the medicine without consulting the doctor. Overuse or unnecessary use can lead to ineffectiveness of the medicine. Do not start, stop or change the dosage without consulting the doctor.
Adult Dose for Allergic Rhinitis:
- 1.5 mg oral tablet: 1 to 2 tablets every 12 hours
- 1.5 mg/5 mL oral suspension: 5 to 10 mL every 12 hours not to exceed 20 mL daily
- 1.25 mg/ 5 mL oral liquid: 5 mL every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 30 mL daily.
Pediatric Dose for Allergic Rhinitis:
2 mg-1.5 mg oral tablet
- 6 to 11 years: 1/2 to 1 tablet every 12 hours.
- 12 years or older: 1 to 2 tablets every 12 hours.
4 mg-1.25 mg/ 5 mL oral liquid
- 6 to 11 years: 2.5 mL every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 15 mL daily.
- 12 years or older: 5 mL every 4 to 6 hours not to exceed 30 mL daily
