Alustra Uses

Alustra is mainly used for bleaching age spots, freckles and various skin discoloration that may be caused by conditions such as pregnancy, skin trauma, use of birth control pills, and hormone replacement therapy. This medication is used to reduce the formation of melanin in the skin. Alustra lightens areas of darkened skin such as sun damage. 

This medication is combination of hydroquinone tropical and vitamin A, which helps in decreasing the formation of melanin in the skin and also lightening the skin. However, this medication may also be used for treating other conditions as determined by the doctor. Inform your doctor if you have any allergic reaction towards the medicine.

Alustra Dosage

Alustra dosage is administered in the form of tropical cream, topical gel and topical solution. Dosage varies with the condition of the patient. This medication should only be used following the doctors" instructions. Follow the doctor"s indications to avoid overdose.
