AllanEnzyme is used for eliminating dead tissue and thinning/drying the pus in lesions (e.g. ulcers, wounds, burns), and carbuncles. AllanEnzyme is a debriding agent that works by aiding the breakdown of dead skin and pus, thereby improving the recovery period of open wounds. AllanEnzyme belongs to a class of drugs called debriding agents.

AllanEnzyme is used to decrease or get rid of superficial skin lesions, including:
- Molluscum contagiosum
- Actinic keratoses
- Seborrhoeic keratoses
- Viral warts
- Skin tags
Using a special method, AllanEnzyme may also be employed to treat non-melanoma skin cancers. AllanEnzyme should never be applied if there is any uncertainty about the nature of the lesion, particularly if malignant tumors are inside the differential diagnosis. AllanEnzyme may be used for other conditions not listed in this medical guide.
Use AllanEnzyme as instructed by your doctor. Examine the label on the drug for exact dosing guidelines. An extra patient flyer is offered with AllanEnzyme. Before each application of AllanEnzyme, clean the infected region with saline or another gentle wound cleansing solution. Never use hydrogen peroxide. - Irrigate and cleanse affected area with AllanEnzyme (650,000 units/g-10%) solution 1 to 2 times daily.
- After cleansing, apply some ointment directly to wound/lesion and have it covered with a suitable dressing.

Like any drug, AllanEnzyme may cause side effects. Mild side effects should dissipate in time and do not require medical attention.
