Hypokalemia may be as a result of disease, taking certain medicines or after prolonged diarrhea and vomiting. Potassium plays a huge part in several body functions especially the beating of the heart. But you should not use this drug if you have kidney failure, severe burns or if you are taking diuretics. Confusion, uneven heartbeat, increased urination are just some of the side effects of Klor-Con M20.
